This service provides support to people with a wide range of disabilities including dual diagnosis, physical disability and challenging behaviour.We aim to maximise the independence of each individual whatever their complexity of need.
This support is provided in the person’s own home and includes social and emotional support, personal care , assistance in learning life skills and support on to service users on holiday.
