To help service users to fulfil their potential there is a full time Service user involvement Officer who works across all the projects. Service users are encouraged to take an active part in the running of Signature.
The Involvement Officer assists the service users in running their own activities group as well as supporting service users at board meetings, service user committees and external service user events.
The service user committee has representation on the main Board of Trustees. There is a service user conference arranged annually , to gain the views of the service users on how the services we provide can be improved.
