Signature Care and Support provide care to a range of supported living projects. These vary from 24 hour support to floating support provided to service users in their own accommodation. This range of services is available to:

Within the supported living services the aim is to help service users manage issues around their housing related needs, so that they can maintain their independence in their own accommodation. As we have services with a range of support the ideal is that as service users develop the skills to live on their own, they move from high support projects to lower support projects and then into their own accommodation.
